On arrival I was told that my vehicle will be next for wheel alignment. That did not happened because of queuing jumping. The vehicle is still moving to the left when driving. Ask for 4 wheels to be balance, only 2 was done

I was looking for a place to check my suspicion on worn out shocks, with my liltte knowledge of cars mind you. The gentleman who approached me as I drove in immediately noticed my shocks were worn out, did a test (after 2 shops I'd gone to had no testing machine) and was referred to my dealership/manufacture by Mr Andy (if not mistaken) because of how fairly new my car was. The cust serv and professionalism was 100%. I wasn't charged for the shocktest as well. I'll def visit the shop again. Keep it up!
