Sterns - Riverside
Incredibly rude sales lady. No people skills whatsoever and totally unapologetic about it. I hated the experience so much that I logged a complaint with their head office. I ended up getting a call from the shop manager trying to apologize on behalf of her staff but by then it was too late, thats the last time I ever set foot in their Riverside branch shop! If you want to by a ring go to Sterns whiteriver, the difference in treatment and professionalism as well as overall feel is like night and day!
