Good working place

As a family we have had the worst experience with NIDA. A driver made a U turn into my Brother without signal and caused a accident. Fortunately my brother is ok, but with all the evidence the company don't want to take responsibility. Its been 4 months and my brother still without compensation and without a car. The director actually told him that they are going to wait till he gets frustrated and give up for a claim. You can't claim because we could not get hold of their legal department. 4 MONTHS!!!!!!!!! How can anyone be so heartless? My brother and his wife are struggling to get to work and their child to school.. getting lifts from friends and family. The people we speak to every week are rude and not helpful at all. How do you live with yourselves. This is a honest and good family. why wont you help them. Etienne de Villiers

Good company, I was shocked to find that their administration is lily white"... it definately needs to represent the population propotion.... we cannot have such racial inequality.. all african staff are general workers or drivers"

Your truck almost drove into a whole lot of cars because he drove through a red traffic light! The roads are wet with rain and your drivers are absolutely reckless! I also tried to call to report him but after hearing that it was a complaint about a truck your receptionist cut my call... TWICE!!!

This company does not track or monitor their reckless drivers at all. They are killers on our roads.

One of their drivers drove into my husband. We are trying to get hold of Maggie or someone at this company to process this matter nobody answers it almost a month now .Based on some of the reviews seems like its not the first time their drivers causes accidents.I will not recommend this company for anything. They dont take responsibility of their actions

Your trucks park all through Teakwood road in Jacobs. Blocking traffic it's extremely disrespectful to users and a pathetic reflection on your company.

A NI-DA Truck driver recklessly hit our vehicle overtaking multiple vehicles and tried to contact NI-DA whose incompetent staff who kept on referring to other incompetent members of NI-DA including NI-DAs HR department and they have still not contacted us

I was dissapointed has a client from JHB and after a diner I said we could go to mulligans they stay open till nearly curfew well at 9.30pm they told us they closing early as the place only had 8 people in it. So does that mean 8 people who are supporting the place are not valid and what if more people arrived after a diner somewhere?
