Always open, day or night. We use Dry Ice International often for our camping trips and even some fun in the house with the kids.Usually we forget about our ice until the last minute. It is such a relief to know they are open 24/7 and even deliver to our doorstep if we manage to plan properly.

We went to Dry Ice International on 28/03/2022 at about 20:45.We were met by possibly the nicest person on earth, Victor. He was so friendly, patient and helpful. He explained everything to us in so much detail and humbly gave us his opinions on our request.This man is a natural treasure and I hope that he will be rewarded for his outstanding representation of this company. I will NEVER buy dry ice anywhere else.

They might say 24/7But they willnot assist you at night.This was the second time i went between 23:00 and 23:30 and the night shift is always sleeping.You can Honk and yell, even ring the bell a 1000 times.No one will open.Even calling them at that hour will not work.

Absolute life saver and family pleaser! Traveled with the kids and had to pack ice cream in the cooler. I thought it was going to be such a nightmare (no one wants melted ice-cream) - So I opted to use Dry ice. Called the Durban branch and they had the Dry ice delivered to me in time. Ice cream stayed frozen the WHOLE TIME until we ate it! The kids were happy and so was I :-) Thank you Dry Ice International!
