The service is very bad in terms of the tone and manner of addressing customers , the reception /owner does not talk to us clients in a professional manner.the tailor and or people responsible for the work are friendly , but the lady at reception is honestly so rude and she gives you an attitude of I don't care.I have experienced her talking to a man who said , he takes his laundry there often, the way he was spoken to I did not like it but i did'nt know until it happened to me and they kept my clothes for 2 weeks without the job being done.

Althoigh they returned my items in a timely manner, my Egyptian cotton bedding is damaged/discoloured after being ironed by this company. I would not recommend them for ironing expensive items.
