After sales service for my Camelbak products absolutely brilliant from Graham and Julian. Blown away by the efficiency and hassle free service experiences by them. If I could I'll give them 6 stars!

Fast efficient

I got a new bike about 2 months ago and when I got it the rear shock was broken, it’s wasn’t holding air, the lock-out wasn’t working. I sent into cape cycles first and they sent it back to me brocken saying that it was fixed when in actual fact they changed nothing. When I called to talk to someone in the workshop I got told that I was not supposed to call and that I was rude for asking about MY OWN shock, I sent it back again and they just replaced the whole shock but still waiting for delivery, was meant to be by me on Wednesday and it’s Friday and they do not ship over the weekend, I have missed 6 weeks of riding due to their unprofessional ways.So yes I am very unimpressed with how cape cycles treats it’s customers.
