No communication at all, one has to constantly do follow up with no positive feedback. I received my car after hours due to their incompetency. Attached is the picture of my 6month old car condition with the lose door cover which resulted into the driver's mirror controls not working and window closing abnormal . The car was sent in for hail damage repair . I will not recommend them to anyone. The incident happened on Friday 26 November 2021. I reached out to the manager through email on Sunday the 28th to date there is no formal apology or response regarding my frustrations or poor service received . I'm glad the matter is now been attended to by BMW SA and my insurance.

Listen guys i know some people might come here to spite a company or maybe act on emotions, yet THESE PEOPLE ARE WORSE WHEN IT COME TO BUSINESS, simple thing as to communicate with a customer they fail, my car was with them for 5 months, i had to fight and shout just to get a follow up, once they were finally done , my hooter was a problem , a wired sound coming up, when i took it back i had to wait 4 hours on simple hooter & and at the time i have my 3 year old daughter with, same thing again they left me waiting with no communication, the receptionist is incompetent.Dont get me started with the manger( Patrick) he walks around as if its a gym company, keeps avoiding clients as the was another guy with me regarding a bad out come with with his car too.long story short if you love and respect your car , please deal with professionals

They've cost me time, alot of time and have damaged a car that was in for stone chips per the care package. For me, I am in doubt that ownership of a BMW is worth it if the approved bodyshops cause damages. They charge top tier rates for bad service delivery.

Poor communication and poor service. Lied about timing cause wanted to keep business... worst place ever. Would avoid if possible. This is why panel beaters have a bad name with ppl like this that reinforce this believe...

Had a scratch my my bmw front bumper repaired. Chose northcliff auto on recommendation from bmw SA.Car had lots of over spray of the clear coat. Was not QA'd fully in my opinion. Weeks later I notice more over spray. Not what you expect from a highly recommend panel shop.After bringing it to the notice of the general manager I didn't even get a phone call or an apology. They had rectified on spot on the bump. Should it really be the customer that looks out for these things or quality control at your establishment?Stay away. Go with other panelshops that take pride in their work!

After suffering another accident with my vehicle, I thought let me try BMW Northcliff ARC again. They are one of the few BMW-approved repairers in Joburg, and surely they can't stuff it up a second time, not after the fuss I created last time. (The first time I took the same vehicle to them, they oversprayed, didn't polish properly, left marks in the interior, and there was still some residual damage on the one mag).I was wrong!After taking the car in, I didn’t receive any updates from the repairers throughout the week. When I phoned them at the end of the week, they suddenly realised the car was ready for collection.Upon arriving at the repairers and inspecting the car, I found that they fixed the paint damage, but “forgot” to fix the damaged rear light.This was after I pointed it out to the QC person who had just brought me the car and supposedly inspected it beforehand.After speaking with the dealer principal, he had them take the car in again to install the light, which was apparently just lying around.Said new light had some superficial scratches after it was installed, but I was told that this was normal and the way it was received from BMW SA, and there was nothing they could do.I was then promptly given another vehicle's key, so I had to tell them sorry, this is not my key.I really thought after my last repair with them that this time they would make sure everything was done properly, but seems they are just laughably incompetent and unprofessional.Avoid at all costs if you value your money, time and vehicle. They are a bunch of muppets.

It's really sad how I had to watch my friend complain, shout and cry regarding the level he received from this establishment......took him close to 5 months to get his vehicle, lets not even get started about the communication...Come on guys just to fix a Hyundai atos....after fixing he had to come back again cause the job was not properCome

All things considered, Good work.My X6 was booked in for a repair after a small bumper bash.1st time around there were quite a number of issues that should have been picked up by the Quality check.Went back a 2nd time for the repair, all sorted. Shane and team were well equipped to handle irate customers, and were good all round the second time.
