I recently had my bike serviced which was OK..But I bought an indoor trainer of Richard of which he said costs $400 new and sold to me after he had it for a couple of years for $200..We tried to fit my bike on trainer and it wouldn’t fit so he said he’d sort it out.So when I got the bike and trainer my original tyres were replaced with tyres that suited his trainer without asking me..To add insult the indoor trainer you can buy trainer on Marketplace for $50..The trainer also has rust and squeaks!Not happy as is a 15yo bike that I just wanted to use as an indoor trainer for rehab for a back injury and I walked out $450 lighter..Lesson learnt won’t be going back!!!

Absolutely excellent attention to detail and customer service! Richard fit my husband's bike in for a same day service and even delivered it back to my house only 3 hours later while my baby napped! What a superstar team! The bike looks fantastic. I will be using Vault Cycle Services again and recommending to all & sundry!

I cannot say how flawless the technical service was from Richard today (and to be honest, the last two times I've been there)It really shines out, and the time spent is a really personal experience. I'm very satisfied - excellent service. I had gear changing issues with my bike. They tick a number of boxes for me. 1) They listened to what I was saying, 2) They immediately identified issues I'd not seen, 3) They later explained their actions - showing me the faults with the old parts. 4) They were finished in about a day (because I don't want to be without my bike for any longer than necessary). They offered pick-up and delivery - although I didn't use it. 5) They were generous with their time and friendly advice, 6) and more than reasonable with their pricing. I only wish I had found Vault earlier. I will be definitely be using Vault Cycle Services again. I highly recommend them. Thanks Richard and Rod.

Excellent service, could not recommend more. So simple having my bike picked up, and Richard is clearly very skilled at what he does. When I got my bike back, immaculately sparkling and in perfect condition, I was very impressed.Richard was even able to pick up on some other issues with my build that had not been addressed by other bike services, and provided ways that they could be rectified next time. I will definitely use Richard again.

Truly exceptional service! Richard went out of his way to help me out and fix my bike. The smartest, tidiest workshop I've ever seen, coupled with fantastic mechanics & a collect & deliver service... What more could you ask for?! It's got to be THE place in Perth for your two wheeled friend!

Great service! Richard is meticulous, and provides great advice above and beyond the servicing. I was stoked to get a same day service here, installing a new dropper post and making sure my bike was in top condition after the Cape 2 Cape mud/swim fest.
