If I could, I would give this company 6 stars. Bought a Paradox alarm system online from them. Emailed questions was answered very quick and delivery was next day. One of the components was DOA but they arranged it to be collected from my home and replacement was sent to me. I can really recommend Sawyer Security for excellent service. Andre
