Great service and cheap plans. Support is good for basic issues but anything more advanced and they end up being useless... As someone with a lot of networking experience, having to explain the issue to every new support agent that picks up my ticket gets old really quickly. Horrible experience after encountering an out of the ordinary issue.

I cannot recommend Afrihost enough. I have been a client for going on 8 years now and I have received only excellent service from them. From the smallest query to the more technical ones, the support team is friendly and fast to respond. They are also exceptionally knowledgeable and always happy to help. The representatives are very quick and helpful. The overall service however, not so much. One day all is in order the next day back to square one. I appreciate that they need to work with other providers but when the same think is advised from the start, should be some constructive work done. Not very hopeful but we will have to see

Consultants are excellent. Best interaction with any company employees by far. The actual system Afrihost uses though before they start charging people is terrible and extremely frustrating. Especially for charging people from the moment they activate the line without sending through the router to enable people to use the service. Unless you have an old router that still works, you will be paying for the service even without being able to use it until you get the router. This has been my experience so far. I hope the service going forward will be problem free
