They arrived at my home without any cleaning equipment or supplies. I didn't have much so at least they went to the corner shop and bought supplies. They used my equipment. No amount of showing and explaining and pointing out could get the one lady not to over fill the spin mop bucket. This caused the spinning mop to slosh In the water and not spin dry. So she mopped all the laminate floors with a dripping wet mop! Despite me explaining that it will damage the floor when they first started cleaning. Afterwards they wanted cash from us for transport. Their boss pays them by EFT the morning of the job, so they did have money and was taking a chance. According to the quote they bring their own cleaning equipment and supplies...
