We have lost 8 people in the last year, and this was the worst experience of my life. If you love the one you lost do not disrespect them by using this company. Filthy premises, foul stench, filthy blanket over my late EX in a plastic bag just ripped open for the face, with a zip tie next to his ear. Not what you hope for the last touch. Trauma for our son.
