Im extremely disappointed at the service the two Feedem staff gave at UFS Medical cafeteria today.1. I greeted them, they didn't respond.2. When I asked what they were serving they got annoyed and said I should look through the glass where the serving pots are.3. The one who poured my food started plating without asking what I wanted on my plate. They then put a veggie that I'm allergic too and when I told them to take it off my plate, she rolled her eyes at me, then scooped it off the plate. I left without eating.

Always good food, besides finding a bone in favourite Salmon sandwich.

Caterers at work and the beef patty they selling is not beef, it is disgusting, tasted liked mince dog food and i don't know what that tastes like but that's all i could think of and i kept double checking. When you waiting for a while and you hungry, you don't feel like going back, you just wanted a nice meal. You are making money off us and you should feel guilty for what you are serving people

Coffee was good and the atmosphere was pleasant

I'm a patient at Tygerberg Hospital. Two weeks ago I asked the young lady behind the counter if their samoosas had any soya in them as I'm allergic to soya. I was assured by the lady that it was REAL MEAT so I bought 2 of which I ate only 1. A few hours later, my joints started painfully seizing as though I'd eaten a bag of soy! I let that one go. Then on Monday, 8 August I went and purchased a few bottles of water, tapped my debit card and was told that their card machine wasn't working and that I had to pay cash, which I did. Only to see that the amount was deducted from my card as well. I returned to the cafeteria to query the matter and was told to return on Friday 12 August for a solution. Let's hope we can all walk away from this smiling.Update pending....I received a cash refund on Friday 12 August, thank you Feedem. If ever I'm a patient again, I'll definitely come check your menu!

Have them at my place of work. The most consistent thing about them is their inconsistency. Increase in price, decrease in portion/container. (But this also depends on which station you use, on which day of the week.) Cheaper and far, far, far less frustrating to buy food elsewhere or bring from home.Update: To their credit, they reached out and heard out my concerns. I believe they were genuine in their concern and their eagerness to change my experience, which is saying a helluva lot more than most. Changed rating to 3 because of their follow up and the discussion we had.

I love the way the welcome me when I went to deliver for them

After receiving insulting treatment from one of their senior management, I wrote to their COO, who acknowledged my complaint but could not even bring herself to apologise. Our restaurant service has also declined since they have managed it.
