We were in desperate need of storage space as we moved into a smaller place. We have contacted many places in and around the area but no-one was as kind, patient and helpful as James and he's team at Stor-age Springfield rd.I had many questions, and sometimes asked them more than once but James always politely answered. Even too date whatever questions I have, James would still politely answer.I would recommend this place to anyone, the storage space was neat and bigger than expected, paperwork and fees was exactly as discussed. No hidden costs or agendas.To date we have made the right decision going with Stor-age Springfield rd in Ottery !
