Good service n they are fast

Disgusting behavior from the staff!!My mother went and was trying to send me a picture of an item as I was at work. The staff rudely told her she may not take pictures and when asked why ? No one could give an answer?Firstly, this is no way staff should speak to customers.Secondly, if you wish to implement certain regulation, please train your staff on why they are saying something.It's all good and we'll they want to act clever but if they have no idea what they are talking about it's best to rather not speak rudely to a customer.Get your staff to change their attitudes.Neither my mother or myself will return here. Since taking a picture of a piece of clothing allows for your staff to treat a person like a criminal .

Worst service ever. Even worse than Shoprite!! They will even shout at you and talk bad about you in other languages paulinah is one of them and also Eunice.

One of the absolute worse stores in jhb! Long queues with usually 1 till working (2 if you lucky). Zombie-like staff who just couldn’t care less and always seem like they’re on a go-slow! Avoid this branch like the plague.

I'm happy costumer to shop at pep park meadows

We know Pep has low prices but I don't believe the attitude of their staff members should also be low. I usually send parcels through Peps courier service Paxi. And I buy about 5 bags at a time so I can register them online to make the process less tedious for the teller. But when I arrived at Pep Park meadows I was treated with so much attitude from the teller. She told me my package is fragile without even opening it and kept referring to me as babes"

I’ve had the worst service ever for the 2nd time. First time a security lady said as they’re about to close of which was 17:40 I can’t enter with my shopping trolley I then said I’m happy to leave by the door as there’s only one grocery plastic and it’s sealed, she answered “do you think you’re better” I asked why, she replied “you just think you can change the rules just like that this is not my home, nxx, do as you please” I then drove the trolley inside as I had my infant in it, took those Body Oils and off to the pay point, she continued talking to a short lady which is one of the floor assistants in vernacular thinking as I spoke English I’m foreign, i got really disappointed. Today a lady who’s a shop assistant too wearing Traditional Healer beads on left arm, literally shouted at me as she was telling me that the floor is wet, I then asked, “where’s the signage” she said “even if I didn’t put it, don’t I have eyes” I’m like, but why are you replying me in this manner…… I must say some Pep Park Meadows staff manners are very rude….. I wonder how often do they go for training on customer care….. their manners are very questionable.

Appalling service received from cashier Nomndeni. She is extremely rude. To add insult to her service. Whilst still serving me. She chats with her colleague and the colleague feeds her pie, at the till! Infront of customers!.Run your cameras for Saturday 05th March between 1625 - 1637hrs. I have laybe active at the store. I will pay it off and never return to this store again.

So many 1 star reviews, yet I had a lovely experience. The staff were super friendly from the minute I walked in. They have a great range of affordable clothing. Despite a long queue, they were still fast and efficient. Some items I bought were discounted and the teller assisting me told me the original price as well as how much I saved. A nice little touch. Unlike the other reviews, I didn’t find the staff rude at all.
