Still struggling to get issues resolved

Had gutter and roof repaired in Jul 2018. The next year during the raining season there were two leaks I reported to them. They came to inspect and said the roof tiles were broken. Yet we paid for and have them replace them and they never came back saying it wasn't enough tiles or if they needed more.I had insurance come to inspect and took pictures and a full report. Elegant roofing had used incorrect nails and they left gaps and there were still broken and incorrectly laid.Poor quality of service and took them for ever to get back and did not guarantee their work till the actual winter season. Absolutely disappointed in this company.
