Worst customer service ever!I called Cedric in to reprogram my garage remote. He suggested that the door should also be serviced, to which I agreed. R1200 and less than two weeks later, my garage door stopped working. I had no issues prior to this service with the garage door itself. 5 weeks after informing him and multiple follow up calls later, my garage door is yet to be fixed. My calls are now being forwarded directly to the office number with the secretary unable to tell me when to expect someone to fix the mess that was created. I don't know what scam you guys are running but good luck running a business like this.
