Best service you can get untill they have your money. Don't expect to sleep in your new bed soon because their deliveries is pathetic. Maybe Bed King must stay with their core business, beds and outsource the deliveries.

Great friendly service, good range, needed to exchange a bed as it wasn't suitable, no issues, had my new bed within 24 hours. Can't remember the young ladie's name who assisted us, but 10/10 for her. From doing the assessment to providing us with our latest purchase, she was wonderful each step

At 84 years old, having constant trouble with my back and with not good advice from another dealer I purchased the wrong mattress and cannot use it. Elaine at Bed King Montana proved what good service is. She was very efficient, friendly and extremely professional. Elaine proved to me what good service is and with her guidance and ability, walking that extra mile with me with lots of patience, I was able to purchase a mattress from you to give me years of good sleep. After a long battle with the manufacturer of the mattress that we bought from Bed King, we finally got the service excellence that one would expect from an honest and trustworthy dealership. The manufacturer is still rubbish with service, but the sales and after sales service from Bed King was excellent. Thank you for helping us with our problem.

I must commend Elaine at Bed King Montana for the outstanding service she has given us. Very knowledgeable about the products in the store and allowed us to test various options without infringing on our privacy or forcing a particular sale.
