Their communication with my insurer was very poor, I waited over 5 weeks (given that one week was over Desember closure) just to hear my car is written off and had to buy a new one anyways. Will never take my car there again.

Very bad workmanship and general manager try's to convince himself his work is good while trying to convince the customer that the job has been well done.... Do not recommend them to work on anyone's vehicle.....

Worst service ever, I specifically asked to bring my car when the parts of my car are ready because I already heard about their delays. I sent my car when they gave me the go ahead but it's been a month now I am still waiting for parts.

Poor customer service. Lack of professionalism. No updates on progress. From waiting for parts to repairing my car; it's the 5th month now and they are yet to get the job done. I won't ever recommend them to anyone.
