Lousy customer service. Rude staff members, one needs to stand in the same line as someone who's here for a claim for a mere notification of construction stamp or ask a question.

The service of the government departments is terrible, we cannot rate the service as there is NO service, the phone rings once and then they cut the call, just sit and do nothing the whole day to get a pay check the end of the month, where is all our hard earned money of the tax payers going to?

It's never a good experience to go to this place, as the service is not up to standard and it's always long waiting lines. My God is my provider and will always supply all my needs for 30 years contributed to the UIF and are only entitled to 6 months' benefits which I have no issues which I know God always fights for His children and for our justice. A person has only time before 10:00 am in the morning to submit their forms for claims and don't know why, and pray for better services and all God's angels over all people that wait and also for the people rendering a service to have clear and sound minds and to render better service to people. Our battle is not against flesh and blood but against principalities of forces and satan and all fallen angels.
