I want to thank Telkom N1 City Express for the best customer service consultant Simbongile Tyhomfi, she has good quality Service technique . she is calm and friendly when it comes to customer service, she took her time listening to you, try to elaborate their (telkom) sevices they have clearly ,and give good advice where it is necessary even some options that you might have in order to access their services. I was really thrilled and enjoyed her service, she is the best and know how to takle issues faced by the customers. keep on doing Good work sister, people like you are rare to be found and wish all customer consultants could be good, usefull and helpfull as you are. once again Thank you Ms Tyhomfi and Telkom N1 City Express for providing us with someone whose kind and caring for customers.

Lovely clean Telkom storeStaff is very knowledgeable and helpful. All together felt I got a good deal when leaving here. Ample parking in the large parking area of the centre. Would recommend. Service is consistently good.

Please change now it certainly not Express shop. Too many staff members sitting around only 1 young lady to do paperwork for new contract to replace serve that Telkom is continuing. Very frustrating afternoon. Telkom /Eskom same service. Then to top it all young lady told my husband I must learn to be patient. I am the customer how rude is that. Hope she got very things right so I don't have to go back.

Absolutely disappointing. The definition of a shop with zero customer satisfaction. Needed a telkom pre paid sim urgently. Had I'd but had to email a copy of proof of residence... but wasn't good enough, has to be printed... amazingly can open a bank account and take loan even by emailing a copy of proof of residence... but IL give them the benefit of doubt... maybe the telkom store had no internet

Just want to share my awesome experience with Jermaine Januarie at Telkom N 1 city express...I first visited shop 140 in the same mall. The consultant so harsh to the point of being rude. Telling me that I was not able to view the product I was enquiring about. I did not even make it in the store to get the correct informationShe quoted my the incorrect price and insisted that I must make sure I have documents. I walked away utterly deflated and disappointed. Luckily I was greet by Jermaine at Telkom express who welcomed me in gave me the options even showed me the brochure since the product was not on display. I double checked every fact with management, because of the experience we just had. O walked away a satisfied customer with exactly what I needed. Thank you Jermaine for for restoring my faith in Telkom
