Wonderful service. They fixed the watch strap of my very old Fossil watch. They were helpful, informed, friendly. All in all a positive experience. I would recommend them to everybody.

I bought my first Fossil from here a few years ago and the two times I've needed to change the battery/have repairs done they've been fantastic, and helped me out for free. They have a beautiful range and the service is excellent all round. It's quite a small branch but the stock is usually quite varied.

This people can’t find my watch, it’s been months , i took it in for repairs and they can’t find it, and when I phone in they, put the phone off, while you still talking.

Pathetic. Was told you couldnt fix my metal strap because it wouldn't work". I asked what this means and you just repeated the same line. Went to Trigg and they fixed in 10 min. Pathetic service. Rather just say you dont want to help next time."
