I had issues trying to return a faulty gift some time ago and did not appreciate the owner's attitude and the hassle involved in returning something that was clearly a manufacturing fault that she herself could have returned.

Lovely shop with lots of varieties. Quite expensive just anyone but their kitchen items are really nice and different!The clothing area upstairs is really neat and lots of choices! Really nice shopping their different clothing than what you will find anywhere else !Nice shop to browse with three stories full of items :)

This is the MOST AMAZING shop of absolutely special clothes and special people to help you. I found gems of clothing that I have never seen in any other shops, and I live in Cape Town. Whilst staying in Knysna for the month of May, I went back THREE times to buy more beautiful garments and also took friends with me, who are now big fans. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR EVERYTHING.
