Defy Authorised Service Centre Vaal

Phone business tel no for call out repair. Person answered and give another number to phone different from business phone. Do not phone his technician for my requested service. Call new provided not listed number, person do not answer his calls. Send Whatsapp to arrange a visit. Person do not read mail. Received a call 10 minutes before he now wants to attend to the call a day later. Declined and went somewhere else.Call out fee is more than double any other appliance repair service in Vaal Triangle. Service absolutely pathetic and has put me off purchasing any Defy product in future.

Ordered parts 4 weeks ago, when i phoned they said it will be there when it's there. Worst service ever.

If been trying for months to get a part for my washing machine and still no luck! I'm really thinking of calling Defy headoffice

The two Technicians were professional, polite, know their products and repaired our Defy Gemini Master Chef stove hob (15 year old stove), to our satisfaction. Well done you two.

The customer service from these guys is pathetic. They did not get back to us. We had to follow up 3 times. I sent them photos on WhatsApp with our address and photos of our faulty product by their request. They were unable to recall the conversation. They went to the wrong house the previous day and said we were not home. They had lost our information. They gave us incorrect pricing when quoting. They charged us double the price we were told it would be. They were late for each appointment. They do not phone before coming. They continuously hoot at the gate and don’t phone after I asked to call and not hoot.If you’re okay with dealing with bad customer service, then use them.

I have been at this shop to find out if they have the the part for my oven that I'm looking for they informed me that they don't have it but they will order it for me and phone me if they have the the part Afther that I went to the shop to find out if they have received the part, It was the Thursday then they told me that they don't have it but the lady who's doing the orders went white the guy to make sure they get the right part. Then after an week I went back to find out if they have the part and still they said sorry they don't have the part yet Afther 2 months I went again and still they don't have the part. This is really not good for business and it is really unacceptable. I am thinking of reporting this at HALLO PETER

Don't and can't supply correct spares for Defy stoves Oven thermostat etc even when stove / oven serial number been supplied all requested information supplied .Useless .

Good prices. Don't phone back and number seems not to be the office number

Dishwasher had a screen problem 2 weeks later I collected it and multipal parts where missing. I gave up on them and baught a new one. Worst service ever!! Rather use Aplique appliance if something need to be repaired.
