My mom in law had a very poor experience yesterday when she asked for a pedicure. The three staff members she spoke to were very reluctant to help her. One lady complained that she was interrupting her tea break. When they finally agreed to help, the pedicure was done very half-heartedly. My daughter has also had a poor experience there when she went for a manicure. No effort put into it at all. The paper on the shelves is also peeling off and the salon isn't well maintained.

Second time around I waited a very long at the pharmacy to be assisted. People skip the queue and pharmacists still gladly assist them whilst the disciplined customers have to sit and observe.

Average experience for a Dischem which is meant to represent 'private' care while I've recieved similar and sometimes better care at a public clinic (where services are free). Long waits for baby immunization process and my child's injection spot (right shoulder) scabbed into a callus - took a long time to heal. Injection itself was administered poorly and/or no proper instruction was given on how to care for the injected area. Pleasant attitude amongst all staff.

Useless service, you can call until you are blue in your face the dispensary just doesn't pick up the phone, you ask the help desk to speak to the manager (which isn't available) and been told I will be put through to assistant manager, which by surprise also doesn't pick up the phone! I will definitely be moving my chronic medication to Mall Of The Souths Dis-Chem, they at least know how to pick up a phone! MONDEOR DIS-CHEM YOU ARE USELESS AND SHOULD RATHER CLOSE YOUR DOORS!!!

Wait time and service (rude staff) most definitely need to be improved for a company under this brand, is also not the cleanest place. Before entering you’re given a slight glimpse of what you’ll experience by the awful parking situation for its customers, they don’t even bother to hire or pay proper car guards to help with why is probably one of their larger issues.
