Ruko Kickboxing & Wrestling
One of the best places I've ever trained. Relic is patient, capable, insightful, and able to meet you where you are at. A great teacher for beginners to more advanced students. Carefully structured classes, great group of students, and clear skills focus, applications, and demonstrations. There is sparring in every class, this is not a 'fitness' school, but the sparring is always respectful, careful, and considerate. Nice vice, love going, and recommend it to anyone.
