So disappointment in the quality. Give the people what they pay for

Terrible service from Sheryl. After 1 year, I recieved my 3rd couch. The first two sunk in from day one.Sheryl recommended that I buy my couch through house of Salim but when my couch is not produced or delivered she says her part is done. How can it be done if I don’t have my couch? Makes me wonder why she would recommend a store with poor service.After receiving my third couch, which is more expensive and I paid the diffrence and it being 3 weeks late, house of Salim sends 3 transport guys to install it. After an hour they leave because they can’t attached it. Called Mohammed 5 times he does not answer. Send Sheryl and him a email for it to be installed and two weeks later have not recieved a response.This is not the same quality grafton from previous years. Really disappointing when a brand that used to care about its consumers don’t anymore.

Worst service and shocking service. Delivered my cinema set months late, shocking quality, they were meant to sort it out but nothing is happening

Although the area and outside building may deceive, the showroom is beautiful and the customer service from Natalia was very good. Delivery takes 4 to 6 weeks was the only down side.

R40k for a couch that's cushions were broken within 3 months, frames breaking a year and a half later, legs breaking. All these complaints about warranties not seeing through. Very disappointed. Will fight until I get my couches sorted.

The top furniture indeed

All round bad service. The sales people in the furniture stores can’t get any help. I called Grafton Everest factory in Durban, staff have no interest. I called Elsie Anderson, doesn’t answer or read messages. Proudly South African ! What a joke. Can’t blame companies for importing stuff. Wonder how much longer they will remain in business.

The place where you can get all those good quality furniture, beds, all types of couches and many more. They lead in terms of furniture

Got here at 12:40 and would not let us in cause they close at 12:30 apparently... Clearly don't need business... Rather go elsewhere...
