Receptionist Krimone was absolutely friendly and welcoming.Therapist turned up 10 minutes late for the appointment. No permanent therapist , so they call out therapists to see to clients booked for the day. Not sure if they check for qualifications and experience before employing.Therapist attended to my sister first which was a full face wax that took over an hour, totally messed up her eyebrow shape and towards the end of the session stated it was her first time doing a full face wax for a client. That's the last thing a client needs to hear from a therapist.She then attended to me. Very messy, every application of wax ended up leaving wax strands on my hair. Either applied too much wax or too little. Waxed a portion of my cheek but didn't do the same on the other cheek. Eventually got tired of her unprofessional work and asked her to stop.Expressed my concerns to the receptionist and asked her to forward the message to her boss. Haven't received any feedback.I then had to go to Driftwood Spa in Woodview for them to clean up the mess that this therapist caused.I used to love visiting this place to get my grooming done. Therapist Nicki set a really high standard that clearly cannot be met in her absence at the hair gallery.Really disappointed in the service received today. Definitely my last visit.
