The lady I spoke to was rather rude to me and told me that I should contact another service if I was in a hurry, this after I'd spoken to her the week before about what I needed done.I believe that if you're not able to assist a potential client, you communicate with them in time so they're able to plan ahead. Also, the manner in which this message was relayed to me showed none of the kindness I had experienced the week before.I believe we should always treat one another with respect and compassion, especially when it comes to business. We are, after all, reliant on each other.

Graag wil ek noem rrr skoonmaakdienste was betyds en ja skoon gemaak soos hul sê tyd hul toegelaat, het. Ek het R920, kontant betaal.... hul stofsuier wou nie werk nie, ons s'n gebruik ens....Die dame sou vir my 'n faktuur stuur en ek wag al 3 weke vir hom, sy reageer net nie op my w.apps nie.... het in die begin en was gou om 'n kwitasie te gee wat ek waardeer het, want ons het 'n krisis gehaad om ons ouers se huis so gou moontlik skoon te kry... so jammer want ek sou hul graag wou aanbeveel. M
