Seamless and customer service orientated are words that I would use to describe this dealership. Daniel Govender (used sales) responded to my Autotrader query the very next morning after I submitted it. Dealership met me half way with a offer on a demo Suzuki Swift (on the road cost included), unlike bigger dealerships in Durban. Daniel drove the car down to me to test drive at a convenient time. Kay Chetty assisted with the finance application, even resubmitted and got me a better interest rate. Promises were made and delivered in a timeous fashion. On the day of delivery, Daniel drove down to Durban to pick me up, drove me back to PMB so that I could collect my new vehicle. Signed papers with Kay, who I must admit was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Her advice was professional and to the point. Being in PMB, they also arranged for my plates to be fitted at a sister Fury branch in Durban, within 2 weeks of delivery. I was also pleasantly surprised by the red ribbon veiling of my new ride and presented with a substantial fruit basket congratulating me on my purchase. Daniel explained every essential part of my new vehicle in a matter of minutes, and I was on my way.I have no hesitation in referring any customer to Fury Suzuki in PMB. Their service, professionalism and to the point advice was unlike any other that I have experienced. I would also add that both Daniel and Kay, are a credit to their organization. Five stars for sure.

I've only ever had excellent service. Cannot fault them on anything! From booking my car in to getting a courtesy lift back home, to being picked up again to collect my car, just great, friendly and professional!

Really excellent customer service from Sukuzi PMB. From allowing us to test drive x2 new vitaras before we had made up our minds as to what car we wanted. To Daniel, who assisted my husband and I in purchasing our new second hand Vitara. He went above and beyond in sourcing the car that we wanted and had found in Suzuki Bassonia in Gauteng. It was a very smooth transition in them getting the car here and ensuring everything was handled correctly. Really excellent service, who went above and beyond for us. I am from Pietermaritzburg, So, I bought a BRAND New Suzuki S-Presso from Suzuki Pinetown on the 13.05.2021 because I've heard bad reviews from PMB branch, the following day 14.05.2021 i advised Pinetown branch that the one door cladding (LHRS) was pulling apart from the car door and needs replacing, because im based in PMB, Pintown has arranged with Suzuki PMB to replace the cladding with a new one, Suzuki Pinetown arranged for the new replacement part to come to PMB, Suzuki PMB booked my car in for the whole day to carryout the repairs. This is where it gets interesting, PMB branch did not advise Pinetown that the cladding they received was damaged needles to say they still put it on my car. I did not check the work when I collected it because I collected it when they were closing and only realized it when I got home that the cladding is pulling away. My husband has contacted the service manager at PMB and he was so rude and arrogant towards my husband. I would rather take my car to Pinetown. PMB Lies and says I had checked my car before taking it back, I never checked and NO-ONE checked it with me, I was handed the keys and that was it. Very unprofessional, I rather drive to Pinetown than use PMB. Utterly disgusting service. See pictures of what the cladding should look like vs what I got from PMB branch. Pictures says it all.
