The Best Eye Clinic! Clean ✨✨✨✨✨and efficient.

The staff is very unpleasant and unhelpful. They are DISGUSTING!!! I called to do an inquiry for a patient. First, I had to call multiple times before the phone was answered, eventually some sister picked up and sounded very annoyed while talking she put me on hold, I got through to another sister and she did the exact same thing. Nee man ha a julle Sal julle sokkies moet optrek want so Kan dit nie aangaan nie. Julle gedrag sit ‘n mens van plak af, Ja julle dienste is verniet aan die public maar dit is nie nodig om mense soos gemorste te behandel nie vuilgatte. Waar is die verpleegpersoneel en admin staff se morele en integreteit.

I arrived at the clinic at 06:30 and I was number 7 for banc (pregnant) people when they open at 7:30, what shocked me is the fact that the people that arrived after me were for banc where helped before be when I ask the receptionist she told me the files are by the sister when I go to the sister she told me that I must wait for my turn what u don't understand is that when will my turn come when the are calling people that came after me, I sit their until 10:30 before I they helped just to peer and to be checked by the sister that is dealing with pregnant people. They put on their wall that waiting time is not more than 2 hours which is a lie because you wait more than that. I'm very much disappointed on the service i got by this clinic is really shocking.

Very disappointed in the sister's... it is my first pregnancy and has never been send for an ultrasound. And i am is now 23 weeks.. they are telling me tht it is to late to book me now...they dont communicate or discuss anything with u... and the sisters is sitting and having brake's from 12clk to 2clk... very bad no toilet paper

Staff very accommodating, friendly. Went there for the vaccine.

I went for my baby's immunization injections and the clinic is always under staffed. I get there before 7:30am when they open and stand in the line with my baby to go inside. People who came after me for the same service were helped before me, which makes no sense, as I was in line before them. The latest I left the clinic was on a Thursday at 15:30. Spent the whole day at the clinic. Working parents cannot sit at the clinic whole day. The clinic needs a new system and more staff. There can't be one nurse giving the immunization injections.The clinic is clean, the service is poor.

Nice and neat. Staff is very helpful as well.

Always busy. Have covid protocols in place. Come early as they won't allow too much people in to the building...unless by appointment.
