Congratulations on beating out kfc flavor wise ,not portion wise but service wise .Honestly i order from kfc in chatsworth center and their service is pathetic and makes me laugh but your service is immaculate ,i came into the store when it was extremely busy and it was so coordinated and neat ,i was assited to in under 2 minutes.Your fries are delicious,abit oily but i could care less cuz they taste that good ,your chicken drumsticks could be a better size ,but the flavor goes to the bone unlike the kfc chicken where the coating is nice and inside is just salty ....just like them with their pathetic service ,im talking about the chatsworth branchQuite frankly the whole staff should get a raise because they all are perfect and deserve it .

Chicken licken wings are like micro wings , They are super small compared to kfc and other restaurants.The food was however tasty and satisfying .

Worst experience ever..on black Friday I visited the store..I asked the lady to confirm my order she was so stubborn..she took my receipt and started calling my order. I knew what i ordered I asked her to confirm what was packaged..I then told her it's pointless looking at my receipt and telling me what I ordered because I already know what I ordered I'm asking you to confirm what's packaged..she says whats the problem..repeatedly..I told her you don't know how to do your job, She said thank you and smirked. She didn't apologize for her behavior. I hate visiting this store because this lady has been there for years and always presents poor service. Chicken licken is my favorite food..Chatsworth branch however is the worst service a customer can receive. I'm in the customer service department this behavior is not tolerated where I come from.

I had an amazing experience at Chicken Licken! The chicken was cooked to perfection - crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. The breading was flavorful and had a great texture, and the portions were generous. I also loved the variety of sauces available, which added an extra layer of flavor to the chicken. The sides were also great - I particularly enjoyed the coleslaw and the fries. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service, making my experience even better. Overall, I highly recommend Chicken Licken for delicious and satisfying fast food.

Ordered 24 wings via D and it tasted like it was dunked in salt. Absolutely disgusting. And as usual Mr D does nothing.Unfortunately, ubereats doesnt deliver for this branch.

As an avid Chicken Licken customer, the overall service at the Durban North outlet was appalling. Staff very unfriendly and arrogant. The meals was not fully prepared ( half cooked). Had to throw away the meal. The wait in the drive thru was almost 35mins. Fortunately there are other outlets that i frequent that will keep me being an avid customer, namely the Malvern and Chatsworth outlets. Definately will not visit that outlet in the future. Absolutely disgusted with the overall service

Worst store ever. Phone in to order because this place takes so long and they say they don't take phone orders, must come to the store. When collecting they ignore you and talk personal stories with delivery guy and only when that conversation is over then they come to look at your order slip while my order is ready on counter. Chicken is crazy oily. Il stick to chicken licken queensburgh, way better everything.

Convenient parking and easily accessible. Food did take a lil while to be prepared. 15min for wings?Friendly staff.Food was good. Better the next day
