Great service and very understanding and wonderful with older people, however double booked (accidently I believe) so over an hour later then expected.

Don't believe their opening times: if you call on Saturday at 15:00 they won't bother to come out, even if you are willing to pay douvble rate.I had a blocked sewage pipe (most people would call that an emergency) but Bosman's advice was to wait until Monday or Tuesday.
