If you want shoddy service, lack of professionalism and to be let down at the last moment you have to use Tiers of Joy. After placing an order a month in advance for an 80th birthday party, as well as paying the deposit this woman sent me a WhatsApp at 21:45pm night before the function, telling me shes unable to make the cake. I wouldve understood however she did the exact same thing to my sister for her 40th birthday in July, if thats not bad we had ordered a 15th birthday cake for my nephew which she did actually deliver on, however the cake was a complete mess even with cardboard cut outs and she forgot to write Happy Birthday. This company is a complete let down, i cannot recommend them but only warn people.

UNRELIABLE! This company let me down so badly.I placed a cake order for my son's birthday in May for July. I was assured that the order would be done for me. I confirmed at 6pm, the night before my son's birthday if everything was in order and Triseena assured me again it was. At 21:05, that same night, I receive a message that because she has been in contact with someone that had covid, she cannot provide a cake for me. She could have informed me this when I confirmed at 6pm. This was truly inefficient and extremely bad service. I would not recommend this company. Who do we order a cake from at 9m the night before?!?!?
