on the 03 May my son was involved in a MVA, Jumbos Operator Essop was first on scene he took charge and helped my son get medical help and waited for us to come to the scene as well. on our arrival he explained to us what we needed to do and assisted us to contact the insurance company and notify them. He stayed with us until we were ready to go home and called to tell us where our vehicle was dropped off. i have never experienced such professionalism and dedication from a tow operator before as most of them are just ready to squabble for the right to tow the car. this gentleman was more interested in my son and even chased people away from the car who wanted to rob us. thank you so much Essop you are a true hero of South Africa. Well done to Jumbos for having you on their team!
