Update - April 2023Jayson convinced me that I need a dropper post and I'm delighted to say that he was 100% correct. The post he fitted has made all the downhill switchbacks and jumps so much more enjoyable. I should have listened ages ago :)I decided to take my bike in for a service since they were closer to me.I've been taking my bike elsewhere for a few years, and without even asking Cycle Science fixed a squeak that I've learned to live with after about 4 visits to my previous mechanic. My bike hasn't ridden this well in years. The team is a pleasure to work with and always go the extra mile.

Jason and his team are incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and go the extra mile. They went through my bike from top to bottom, identified the issues and sorted them out. Jason went the extra mile. Even borrowed me a bike when he was not able to finish mine for the weekend. Repairs were perfect, replacement parts considered, cost was very reasonable. I will be back.
