Great service and friendly staffs. Been to this shop several times in the past few years and never been disappointed. Anything you need from gadgets to cellphone, it is a one place shop. Had phone, iPad screen fixed and batteries replaced several times and also had a great service for my colleagues. Thanks a lot Playground for your service, keep up the good work.

Sold us a broken counterfeit product and tried everything to not give a refund. The defective product was placed back on the store shelf. Do not trust this place.On the same day I placed this review all of the employees wrote positive reviews. Probably under order of management. This place needs to be investigated.

Poor workmanship,took a phone to get it's screen replaced and within a few days the new screen was cracked and it wasn't working again. Avoid the place

These guys sold me a hdmi cable that doesnt work. When i went to return it they tried to test a packaged cable, that didnt work either. They told me upon buying it that it was the best cable out there. Then he didnt want to give me my money back. Rude and arrogant. Go guy somewhere else.

Scam artists, dishonest, only intention is to deceive. Rather buy from a flea market as then you all understand that quality is questionable. When you buy from a mall you expect all the stores to be decent. Don't bother buying anything from here, rather burn your money. Should have expected it when I saw their logo rips off Playstations. Cresta must take some responsibilty as they know this tenant sells rubbish and scams its customers.
