I would like to thank the teller at the Money market counter for her assistance on Monday 11 Oct 2021. She was so patient with me and the system during load shedding. She made sure I got my bus ticket trying multiple times (5) as the system kept kicking her out. Thank you Sonwabiso, keep on the great service.

It was a very good experience and I was served by a very patient and understanding young lady at till no 1 next to the main entrance. My bank card declined to pay and I asked permission to go to the car to fetch cash,she served other customers while waiting for me and my groceries were neatly packed in a large trolley, when I came back she smiled at me and we continued with cash payment.Temperature are Queenstown was 39 degrees and it was 14h00, very hot,she would be forgiven if she got fed up with me but she didn't.

Shopping is made easy, the outlet is spacious and they have excellent service. No doubt about the hot cashiers though!

This shop used to be of great service and fastAnd the food especially meat used to be freshSince last year they have lost it reallyThe sell meat that is about to expire in a day or twoDon't wanna talk about the bakery it's the worst everything from that department is either expired or it's about tooThe cashier's used to be quick and friendlyNow they've got people that you see Don't even know their duties some of them would be serving you and chatting and laughing at the same timesThe shop has really gone backwardsUsed to be my go to shop but nowI don't recommend anyone to go and do serious shopping there
