Their plumbing needs serious attention: who still has two taps for cold and hot water in the bathroom, so you have to brush your teeth with either very hot water or cold water because some rooms have no mixer taps, showers need a lot of work. There's a lot of unfinished things within their rooms like door handles with wire nails sticking out, doors loose even when locked(no stricker plates)

I was in Ngcobo for business. Needed a place to sleep and relax after work. My room was neat and cosy. Quiet area. Shower, bar fridge, SABC TV, coffee station. Decent establishment with save safe parking. Close to garage and take aways. Staff friendly.
