Excellent meals and menu at a reasonable take away cost. I found the staff was really friendly and efficient. They told me the time that my meals would take to prepare and they were spot on. A few other takeaways could learn from this outlet.

Auckland park branch has terrible service, rude staff that don't greet customers & don't pay attention to you when placing an order. They don't even know their menu & instead of admitting that they didn't know the difference between Basa & Calamari, the guy just said it's all just fish". Highly unprofessional staff who don't wear name tags so that they won't be held accountable."

I ordered via ubereats. All the items I ordered came cold (and also over 15 mins later than estimated) ... My small daughter and I were starving... I eat at fish aways all the time and I know the portions I'm supposed to receive. The hake was tiny, not the regular size. The pop Prawns and calamari were much lesser than is usually in this portions. This is the worst fish aways I have ever eaten at. I feel this meal was an utter waste of money

Ordered online and didn't receive a single chip. Called them to find out what was going on just to be told it is on its way. An hour after the branch closes and still nothing.
