I took my car in for service and a change of brake light! The owner didn’t want to give me an invoice, imagine paying for something you don’t even know was done on the car - number 1. Number 2 - he said he fixed the brake light but the brake light wasn’t working after 2 days. The car has started smoking after the service!! The service light and brake light are still on yet the service was done. This was my worst experience and wouldn’t advise anyone to visit this place!

Worst service I have experienced and exorbitant costs. They had my car for the whole week and charged me R10250.00 to fit vvt and yet the work was not done at all, I could not drive my car for 3km I have to stop and restart for every 2km after their shody job and I have to send my car to someone else who fixed my car perfectly with less than half the amount I paid to ben

I took my car for service in 2020 after I collected the car I checked the oil and it was still dark like it was never changed.

Can't complain. Needed a check drive on the car and I was given full information beforehand, kept up to date and suggestions given.Great service all in all.

Honestly, great experience with the car service, no stolen good what's so ever.

Van Rensburg Engineering & Bosch Service has one of the worst service I have ever experience.I brought my car (BMW 320i) with squeaking sound at rear suspension problem and was quoted R8 500. I paid it in full during collection.My car has been in and out of there ( 4 times) and they have kept my car for a total of at least 3 weeks without fixing it. I once fetched my car out of sheer frustration and it was not fully fixed and then the following week he requested for me to bring it back and it will take a week for him to fully fix it. My car still making noise (squeaking sound) at the rear suspension.They don’t update or call the clients and every time I called they ask for my cell number. They always say we will call you back either afternoon or tomorrow. I am desperate for my car to be properly fixed and they do not seem to care. Til now my car not yet fixed

Took my car for a Bmw special battery replacement and programming, the following morning the car was unable to start and new battery flat. Took the car back to be checked and it took 6 days with no diagnosis and car still not fixed. They were closing on 15th December, so advised them its better to take my car and have it parked at home until they opened. When I took the car, the 2 front windows not working and a sound in the bonnet when the car engine was off. They said they will look into it in January when they open. The car was parked until recently when I took it for diagnosis at a BMW workshop only to be told the battery on the car is not the right size (small) for X4 and not fitted correctly.Poor customer service!

Poor service and they make u pay before service so that they cannot refund you when they fail to fix the item. I took my crankshaft is 4 weeks now
