I visited Hifi Corp. in Eastgate this morning with the intention of receiving some assistance regarding a product I was interested in purchasing. Unfortunately, my experience with the customer service representative left much to be desired.The young man attending to customers had small rasta and seemed to be more engrossed in his personal phone activities than providing assistance. It was evident that he lacked the necessary training and professionalism required to effectively serve customers.Throughout my interaction, he appeared disinterested and unhelpful, offering minimal guidance or product knowledge. It was frustrating to witness his lack of focus and commitment to his role. I felt ignored and disregarded as a customer who was genuinely seeking assistance.

Best service ever. Went in to look for a item, that item was out of stock but had a nice price. A slightly bigger item is just bit more expensive and had a better price and was the last item. The guy who helped knows how to sell and convince to buy. I didn't catch his name but all I know it's a big guy biggest in hight. Best sales guy I have encountered in years he can sell ice to a Eskimo living in North or South pole with ice around him and he will still buy it that is how good he is. It's not a bad thing it's damn good thing!

Thank God the store is now situated in Eastgate mall from Park Meadows, the convenience is good.The store itself is good .
