I bought a piece of mirror from them. I was helped by the owner himself.Great customer service.Excellent product.I'm a satisfied customer. I'd go back there anytime and I recommend you do too.

They are so slow, they also lack power tools that make job quick. It took the guy literally 1 hour to remove door panel on np200.

I do not have words to explain how unethical disrespectful, unprofessional Tilly's glass is. They quoted me on replacing windows then later phoned me to say there is an extra charge because they have to remove the burglar bars, I asked why didn't they give that info on the first quote, they told me they didn't know I had burglar bars it told them they run a business of replacing windows, don't you think they need to know to ask things like that. I eventually paid the extra money after alot of harassment from their side even though I have proof that they did not remove the burglar bars. They kept on telling me that I owe them money, I said I don't. They then sent me a sms saying if I don't come pay they will remove the windows.... Really, threaten me with a criminal act. I phoned them, the receptionist was extremely rude I then phoned back to speak to the manager and all I got was sorry.

Tilly's Glass Mate is the most unprofessional and unethical place to get a glass. Their quotation is horrendous, non descriptive and their service is very slow. The people who install the windows are unprofessional and do not even have uniform or a form of identification. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone

Their workmanship is good but the person responsible for taking orders and arranging quotes are highly unprofessional. I have used them twice before I won't be using them again after the third attempt
