Typical lazy and useless courier service.especially if your parcel is supposed to be delivered on Fridays . They must pride themselves on just disappearing off the face of the earth ,so they can have a 3 day weekend. You will be lucky to get your parcel even on Monday .

Very poor service. Delivery just not done after the call center confirmed that it will be done the same day. Call center just doesn't answer the phones when contacted a second time. You should seriously consider an alternative courier service to Sky Net Worldwide Express!!

Apart from slight miscommunication with regards to changing contact details, the customer service I received was excellent. Prien who had delivered my package was so patient and understanding and went above what I expected. Thank you very much.

These drivers don't announce themselves they just drive up and stay silent expecting you to be there waiting the entire day.

Absolute rubbish. Worst courier service ever. Their tracking website says one thing yet when you call them- they say something completely different.Tracking site says “out for delivery” from 5 hours ago” so I just called the branch here and was told “it’s a third party delivery so delivery will take place 2 days from now”What the actual?? Why bother having a website to track parcels that are set to arrive two days later than what is stipulated!!

SKYNET have got to be the worst courier I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. My parcel is now day 6 with 3 of those days spent lying at their depot that is 35 minutes away from me. Neither the local depot or the national call Centre answer theirs phones, that is after more than 20 calls at different times of the day.Shame on you INCREDIBLE CONNECTION for choosing to use such a poor customer service courier to deliver to your customers. This is also the last time I shop online with INCREDIBLE CONNECTION!

I ordered a contract from Vodacom. A day or two later, I see an SMS from SkyNet that my sim card is on its way between 7am - 5pm. I did not receive it. At 9pm, instead, I receive an SMS of failed delivery but did not receive any call from the driver. Each day from 29 November to 9 December, I see the package being scanned but not delivered. I contacted the head office and sometimes they answer the phone. They tell me that they will notify the driver to deliver the package. Then the entire day goes and no delivery. I call on 2 more days. Same communication - the driver will be notified. Still no delivery. I phone Vodacom After Sales and they say they are trying to call SkyNet but don't get through. They say they will send an email. It is now 19 December. I have not received the sim card. The package stopped being scanned on 9 December. I do not receive any update from SkyNet. This review would be poor service if I received it late. However, since I have not received the package after 20 days, this review is that SkyNet is inefficient delivery service with poor customer service and dubious drivers who are choosing to deliver some packages and not others. I am still waiting 20 days later, for a LOCAL PACKAGE that is sitting in their distribution center.

Been trying to call them regarding my parcel ,it was delivered to them Friday till today I am still waiting,i think they must just tell us if we need to collect our parcels

No calls before delivery just pitch up and you have to chase them for your goods
