Terrible service, phone lines always down. We losing lots of business as a result of our phone lines always having some issue. To top it all they require payment when they have such crap service.

am the owner of Cranes Nest guesthouses.We went over to ME Systems with the promises that we will safe half of our telephone account. Plenty of marketing promises.First of all the voice call switch board cost R98000.00.The off line periods we had the last 2 years cost our company plenty of money They never said that if you divert lines to cell phones the caller identity will not show, never they say that the system will reboot himself couple of times per day.MOST OF THE TINE YOU CANNOT HEAR THE CALLER. THE COST of THE INTERNET SERVICES ARE 3 X THE AMOUNT OF TElKOM. ONE WORD STAY AWAY FROM THIS UNPROFFESIONAL COMPANY.. They will tske you for R100 000 plus ride and you will loose plenty of business. I DIDCONNECTED THE VOICE SWITCH BOARD AND A BLACK ELEPHANT IF R98000.00 STAND IN OUR OFFICE.
