Do not signup with Hollard!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Their call center agents simply put you on hold indefinitely or simply just end the call. no one is able to locate my account but it gets debited every moth. Never have I ever experienced such unprofessionalism!!!!!!!!!sies you should be ashamed!

Fraudulent Company. My mom had to cancel a policy and they didn't even tell her she could get her cash value back she paid over the years. They stole everything and when she inquired they acted as if they knew nothing.

It's absolutely hilarious. They repaired my vehicle after an accident and skipped to change the steering rack as required by Mercedes benz warranty standards that once you do any repairs on the suspension, you have to automatically change the steering rack, now they are rejecting my claim with their assessor claiming that it is a second impact and we should make a new claim.simply because he wants to be paid again. #Stay away from hollard.

I have been paying my premiums very well for the past 4 years but when i submitted a claim on the 20th of January 2023 i was sent from pillar to post, today the 25th i called to get an update on the claim and i was told to only call again on the 10th of February because there is a long que of applications. They do not bother to update me. So now i have to buy another device while i wait until February for my claim to be processed because i have to use a phone to log in to the system at work. I would not reccomend Hollard to anyone in the world and i regret sighning up with them because they look for a small detail to drag a claim and decline it as well. So i am waiting patiently now for February because i have no choice anyway.

I bought a vehicle extended warranty policy Underwritten by Hollard. Unfortunately, come claim time they rejected the claim on a covered component due to fine print. I am very dissapointed with the service and outcome. I would not recommend any insurance policy underwitten by Hollard.

A Good environment to work in, the only disadvantage is the Canteen, you dont buy using cash, the food is expensive and staff is not friendly also the machine used to place an order, is not updated for you to see whats on the manu, you have to go physically to check.

They make you feel like a criminal when claiming. Asking my whereabouts receipts as well as id and friends numbers. Worst company I’ve dealt with via naked insurance. Awful being so sick suffering loss and having this attack on the phone and email after submitting a claim.Update: they have passed on more fabrications to the ombudsman about how the IMEI isn’t linked to the phone I claimed for which is ridiculous to only tell me now it is obviously a made up story. I used the IMEI they provided me to block phone at MTN a year ago and now they decided to dispute this. How odd ? Fishy.
