I often go to the FW in Balfour Park shopping centre. The store has been under new management for about 7 months now and they really have amazing service and a wonderful variety of clothing. The manager is so hands on and kind. He even got me an item I saw online from Bloemfontein I love shopping at any FW but the closest one is Balfour park Thank you for your wonderful shop

Purchased 3 garments as giftsBrought 1 back to return because of size.Was not helped even thought original store tags were still on garment.Very displeased with store attendants attitude
