Booking in was easy and an Uber service was arranged for me. My car ended up having gearbox problems and Shepard managed to get the parts quick enough for me to still travel out of province in time. Good communication and fast turnaround. It was expensive, but my car drives like a dream now.

I serviced my car with Morne, Shepherd and the team a couple of weeks ago and I can say that they are very honest and professional team. They did a 62-point check on my car where they picked up a few issues. Morne then sat me down and explained what was urgent and what could wait a little while longer. Him and his team are really patient with customers and are willing to take the time to explain their processes, mechanical problems and solutions.Please note that Morne only took over the shop in November and are trying to build the branches reputation from the ground up. Give him and his team a chance - you won't be disappointed.

Took my car there a couple of months ago and wasnt happy with the service that i got there,i felt ripped since i wasnt given proof that my car had gone under diagnosis and nothing was fixed, the other branch they referred me to, seems they had already taken my car to without my consent and yet they pretended that they did not know how much it was to fix the damages only found out when i called the refered guys that they had discussed the damages already! Im never going back to that garage again!

Amazing service, Shepherd always kept me updated as there was a lot of work to be done on my car. Very friendly and reliable team, couldn’t recommend it more!They have done a great job of improving the branch since taking over from the previous owners, who as it seems, were terrible! Great work!

I had a car emergency as a result of a loose bolt on my braking system.The service and honest advice I got from the guys here was fantastic. They immediately helped out, even though they were clearly quite busy, and committed to fixing the problem while providing realistic prices and time frames.I'll definitely be back and will be servicing my car here from now on.

Dishonest staff that try to RIP YOU OFF! They lied to me about what the issue was with my little Ford Ka, I had to get down on the floor to see the issue myself otherwise I would have paid the R6000 repair. It's better to be honest about your service and charge less with customers returning, than to be immoral.
