These peeps send text messages with links to their clients, the very same that scammers do. Maybe the intention is for us to never get this info as we will be skeptical to click on the links. Just now an sms came through saying they have made changes to the way they manage and invest my policy funds, now that would be super crucial info for me, but how do I trust this sms & link!!!?!???Also why we cannot login & view our stuff, in 2023, beats me

Service is shocking. Every time you call in you have to do a security check as long as 10 years back...sarcasm.They double debit you and then to get your money back, you must jump through hoops.Dont buy any products from this company, go to Old Mutual rather

I had my covid vaccine done here. There operation is so streamlined and professional. The staff need to be commended on their compassion and friendliness when dealing with the elderly. Very impressed

Very strange and poor customer service. I did not phone or email this company at any stage and out of the blue began receiving constant marketing whatsapp msg's and phone calls. Even after blocking and reporting the strange msg's, the same individuals would text.

Exhausting walking from A to B, things not so organized and security don't always have a clue of the inner world of the company, best to make sure of the building number you're going to beforehand, otherwise you will get lost and irritated. Exhausting way to get there, especially if you have to pass through Bellville, quite traumatic. Good that they have shuttles for staff using or connecting to public transportation in Bellville.
