Absolutely disappointed with my lashes! Some of them are literally facing downwards and it's not even 3 days ...how am I going to sustain this for a 3 weeks to a month! When I went to get them fixed and explained to the lady Bela" that the other lashes are also untidy ...she refused to fix it as if the quality of their work is non negotiable. She also lied to me that I chose the length of my lash and styling when the entire time she was busy on her cellphone making arrangements to go home early with her transport!!!! In my opinion ...I am a customer and I paid for something that shouldn't deteriorate within 3 days. I also did my nails and the nail tech with the nose ring cut my finger whilst filing and refused to add tips on saying that I cannot change my original request at the last Min. I will never go back to this place again. Pathetic staff and pathetic service."

It’s a pity that this salon is run by such an incompetent person.The owner makes getting an appointment here seem like mission impossible. The protocol is to make bookings via WhatsApp, to which she will quickly tell you that you have to make a R200 deposit before she can even confirm a time with you, good luck trying to get a response from her after that. I spent nearly a week trying to confirm some sort of booking with the owner, even after I had paid a deposit. She ignores your WhatsApp messages and any calls that you try to make to her. Ironic, because when you’re at the salon, she’s always on her phone (when she’s not yelling at her staff). The whole experience with Sona’s is just a complete nightmare. Don’t waste your time and energy here.I wouldn’t recommend Sona’s to anyone! Definitely take your money elsewhere.

So irritated with this place.Had my eyebrows done and I was writhing in pain, I knew something was wrong, I asked the girl what must I use to settle the burning she told me to Google as she did not know about aftercare. The next day I saw my skin was burnt! I messaged them with pictures the next day asking what should I use on my skin, only to be told that's not a wax burn". She asked if I'm using any skin lightening products

The owner is emotionally and physically abusive towards 90% of her clients, especially black people. She is extremely rude and narcissistic. When clients complain about the poor service, she screams at them, throws bank cards and receipts in their faces upon paying.Back in 2021 she slapped a client in my presence. She treats her clients like dogs. Even dogs get better treatment. Her method of service revolves around humiliating, breaking the clients self esteem and abusing the client. When clients walk out they feel worthless. This place deserves a zero rating. It should not be operating.

The actual techs are fairly good at their job. However, the salon's booking system is ridiculous. You watsapp the owner and recieve a response a few hours later, if lucky. Otherwise, your message will neither be read or opened. Very dissapointing as the prices are reasonable and the work is fair. But the inconvenience and persistence is not worth the service. The salon needs to be better organised, and the owner needs to value and respect her clients. Seems like loyalty is not rewarded here. If you have time to chase the owner just for an appointment, then I would recommend this salon. If you don't have time to waste or the admin, do yourself a favour and book elsewhere. The admin isn't worth it

By far the worst place ever to do your nails. The acrylic set had white blotches and was not filed correctly. The owner is extremely unprofessional and rude and she was unapologetic for the work done. It's definitely a NO for me.

Excellent, I have become a regular. They are professional ... the nails are cool too but above all they are very good at keeping the customer happy.

Very bad service, the nails turned out terrible and I left bleeding. Refused to give a refund and belittled me when I complained. Very unprofessional, ruined my whole day. Terrible never go
